Job Title: Client Acquisition Agent (Work From Home)

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Client Acquisition Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients and converting them into long-term partners by offering our outsourcing solutions.

This is a work-from-home position ideal for individuals who are confident, independent, and motivated to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and engage potential clients through cold calls, social media, and messaging platforms

• Present and promote our outsourcing services professionally

• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients

• Follow up on leads and convert them into signed clients

• Keep accurate records of outreach and client communications

Requirements

The ideal candidate must be:

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

• Able to work independently and manage time effectively

• Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented

• Comfortable making cold calls and engaging new prospects

• An excellent communicator with a persuasive approach

Essential Skills

• Strong proficiency with social media and messaging platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and similar tools

• Ability to identify, connect with, and engage potential business clients online

What We Offer
